Proviron (Mesterolone) is useful for avoiding gynecomastia,water retention,to restore sexual function in post-cycle,etc.

    Positive effects of Proviron:
Androgen. During replacement therapy:
-stimulates the development of male reproductive organs and secondary sexual characteristics,
-increases libido and potency.
-Shows anabolic properties
-increases the accumulation of protein in the tissues, especially muscle
-accelerates bone growth and the rate of closure of the epiphyses,
-stimulated erythropoiesis.

For what is used Proviron?
-hipoandrogeniya with clinical manifestations,
-impotence (also in combination with other drugs)
-hypofunction of sexual glands (hypogonadism)
-male infertility (with oligospermia and Leydig cell failure).

For sportsmen:
    Proviron is synthetic orally active androgen, which does not have anabolic properties. In conventional medicine Proviron is used in the treatment of induced androgen deficiency disorders.
    Therefore, many athletes use it at the end of the course, to raise the steroid reduced production of testosterone. Proviron does not affect on the body's own stimulation of testosterone, but mitigates or eliminates testosterone deficiency caused by the violation. Proviron can lift decreased sexual interest and possible potency, during or at least stopped steroid course. But the strength and muscle mass, disappearing after the steroid course, doesn’t retain.
    Proviron is also an estrogen antagonist which prevents the aromatization of steroids. This prevents gynecomastia and excessive accumulation of water. Athlete achieves better muscle hardness, as androgen level is increased and the concentration of estrogen remains low. This is particularly evident in the preparation for a competition, in conjunction with diet.

Dosage and administration:
Inside.
- Hypoandrogenia and violation of potency: at the beginning of treatment - daily, of 75 mg, until there will marked improvement. In the future - every day, of 25-50 mg for a few months. 
-Hypogonadism: treatment of long-term, for the formation of secondary sexual characteristics - 25-50 mg 3 times a day, for many months. As maintenance therapy is often sufficient intake of 25 mg 2-3 times a day. 
-Male infertility: to improve the quality and quantity of sperm - 25 mg 2-3 times a day, during one cycle of spermatogenesis (90 days). After a break for a few weeks, repeat the treatment. 
-To increase the concentration of fructose in the ejaculate, in case of postpubertal Leydig cell failure: 25 mg 2 times/day/ several months.
For athletes:
Female athletes, naturally having a high estrogen level, often add to steroid course Proviron, which is manifested in the increased of muscle density. They take every day, during a few weeks, a dose of 25 mg/day, sometimes for months, to look fry the whole year.
For men is enough 50 mg a day: one 25 mg tablet in the morning, another one in the night. In some cases, even one such tablet is enough.

Drug interaction:
50 mg/day of Proviron and 20 mg/day of Tamoxifen Citrate = almost complete suppression of estrogen.
Even better results are achieved with 50 mg Proviron per day and 500 - 1000 mg per day of Teslac. Because Teslac is extremely expensive drug, (see Teslac), most athletes do not even know anything about this combination.

Negative feedback of Proviron:
-Frequent or prolonged erection.
-Effect of virilization (at women).
-Delay in the body electrolytes and water,
-Oedema
-Expression of sexual overstimulation
-Prolonged erection (this condition is painful and can cause all sorts of damage) it makes sense to reduce the dose or even stop its use.

Advices.
Is used only for men treatment.
Is recommended regular study of prostate. 
Not designed to stimulate muscle growth at healthy individuals or for increasing their efficiency. 
Occasionally, with hormones using was observed the development of benign and malignant tumours of the liver, leading in some cases to life-threatening abdominal bleeding. 
Let know patient, of the need to tell to his doctor about unusual pain in the upper abdomen.
Sportsmen shouldn’t raise the dose by themselves: it can lead to a big, irreversible potency disorders.

Contraindications:

How drug affect the liver?
    Proviron is very well tolerated by the liver and in the indicated dosages, liver dysfunction will not occur.

Proviron Overdose:
